Switzerland Country Representative
I was born in Hillbrow, Johannesburg in 1970. I come from a very liberal family, and growing up in Apartheid South Africa I refused to accept the Apartheid laws which went against everything I believed in.
In 1986 my mother remarried, and I was forced to leave South Africa at the age of 15. It broke my heart. I have been living in Switzerland ever since, but I still have an extremely strong connection to South Africa.
I have strong concerns about the future of South Africa, and this has motivated me to join the DA. We need change. The DA is the only party that offers a future for everyone; freedom, fairness and opportunity for all. I believe it is my duty to give something back to the beautiful country that I love. To connect with South Africans abroad and make them realise that they can make a difference.
