The DA (Democratic Alliance) Abroad is a global network for South Africans (and anyone else, really) who want to make a difference by contributing to South Africa’s success and future. There are many ways in which people can be part of the process – from raising international awareness on South African issues, by signing a petition or even just staying informed on local issues.
To help you get started, here are 10 suggestions for how you can contribute and help steer South Africa in the right direction and continue its path to success:

The best way to start making a difference is to make sure that you know all the facts. Sign up for our monthly newsletter by entering your details in the box on the right and stay up-to-date on all our latest campaign news, project plans and exciting events. - Keep up to date via Facebook and be part of the Global Community
We have a Global Facebook Page, and individual Pages for our regional networks in the United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, the Netherlands, South Korea and in Namibia – with regular updates on all our pages they’re the best place to stay informed about events near you. - Follow us on Twitter
We work those 140 characters to the max at @DA_Abroad. - Tell your Friends
In order for the DA Abroad to be most effective, we need to reach as many people as we possible can. And the best way to do this is by word of month. So spread the word by sharing our Facebook Page with your friends, linking to us, or tweeting @ us on Twitter. - Take Action, be part of our Campaigns
No matter where you are in the world your actions can make a difference. Visit our Campaigns page and sign the petition, write the letter, spread the word… every little bit helps. - Donate
The DA Abroad is a non-profit organisation and so we rely entirely on donations from the public. Any donation you can make, big or small will be a valuable contribution to our work. Donations can be made to help the DA Abroad, or to contribute to the DA’s Election campaigns, or to specific projects. - Volunteer
We’re a global organisation and are looking to establish branches around the world, and even where we already have branches established we need your skills, so get in touch and let us know what you have to offer… there’s work to be done. - Become a member
