Having grown up in the Eastern Cape, Francine Higham spent five years in Cape Town before seeking her fortune in London. With a Bachelor of Journalism from Rhodes University, Francine is passionate about Digital Media and the opportunities it offers to encourage and support Democracy. As a Digital Product Manager she has gained a great deal of experience in developing online products and social communities, and is excited to apply her skills and knowledge to ensure the success of the DA Abroad campaigns.
